Can I request a specific maid?

Yes, you can request a specific maid. by including their name in your booking request. Not sure which maid you'd like? Check out our maids' Fan Pages

Do I need to have my own cleaning supplies?

If you would like your maid to use your cleaning supplies we can usually accommodate that request. Our cleaning sprays that are not for specific surfaces (granite, stainless steel) are from Blueland. Their products have received many certifications such as the Platinum Material Health Certificate, USDA BioPreferred, EPA Safer Choice, and are cruelty free & manufactured in the United States.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit is half of the total amount for all cleaning types.

Are there any additional fees?

Cleaning services outside of Colorado Springs may include a travel fee depending on availability. Custom requests may include a fee depending on the request.

We also include a cash discount for our cleaning services.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Rescheduling within 48 hours has no fee. Canceling within 48 hours forfeits 50% of your deposit. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee and cancellations within 24 hours forfeits the full deposit for the service.

Can I touch the maid? Can the maid touch me?

No and No. This is a professional cleaning service only. All clients must agree to our Confidentiality and Conduct policy prior to booking.

Are your services discrete?

Yes, we value your privacy! Our vehicles and uniforms are unmarked, and we ensure a discreet and professional service. The only way your neighbors will know that you had a topless maid clean for you is if you brag about it at the next neighborhood get-together!

Do you only have female maids?

No, we have a great variety of maids available! We have male and non-binary maids, plus-size, petite, maids with black, blonde, or colorful hair.. Check out our Fan Pages to see more of our maids!

Can I take pictures or videos of the maid?

No, photography or videography is strictly prohibited to protect the privacy and safety of our maids.

do you offer gift certificates? Can I purchase a cleaning as a gift for a buddy?

Yes, we offer gift certificates! Please contact us directly to purchase one for a friend or a loved one.

should I tip the maid?

Tips are appreciated but not required. If you choose to tip your maid for a job well done, you can do so directly to the maid in cash or add it to your payment.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you will have full control over your recurring cleaning or VIP membership subscription. If you need to make any adjustments to the frequency of cleanings or the maid you booked with, please reach out to us directly to make those adjustments.
