Cancellation Policy

Service Provision: The Client acknowledges that Bare Essentials Cleaning Service LLC (“BECS”) or their contracted Maid(s) will provide services at the Client's premises. Protection of Client Property: Maid(s) are instructed to respect Client property and not disclose any information about the Client's home, belongings, or personal affairs to third parties without explicit consent. Use of Confidential Information: Client information gathered during service will be used solely for providing and improving services. BECS will not disclose this information without Client consent, unless required by law. Recording & Photography: Clients are prohibited from recording, streaming, or taking photos during cleaning sessions without written consent from BECS or the Maid(s). Unauthorized recording, streaming, or photography during cleaning sessions is strictly prohibited. Front Entrance Access: For safety, Clients must keep their front entrance unlocked during the cleaning session. This allows Maid(s) to enter and exit as needed. Please ensure the entrance is accessible from arrival until service completion. Safety & Hazards: Clients are responsible for keeping entrances safe and hazard-free, including the removal of snow, ice, and other obstacles. Unsafe conditions may result in service cancellation or rescheduling, with potential fees. Physical Contact: Clients agree not to physically touch or engage with Maid(s) without explicit consent. Any requests for physical interaction must be mutually agreed upon. Violation Consequences: Violating this policy may lead to service termination and possible legal action, including seeking damages for breach of contract. Maid(s) Right to Cancel: Maid(s) reserve the right to cancel a cleaning service at any time for any reason. Governing Law: This policy is governed by Colorado state law.
